Jeff Beck Announces New Tour and Album for 2015

December 1st, 2014

By Christopher Scapelliti

Jeff Beck has announced that he’ll launch a tour on April 16, beginning with a pair of shows in Huntington, New York, and concluding on April 26 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

The tour will also include makeup dates for the cancelled shows from Beck and ZZ Top’s tour this past year. That tour was cut short when ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill suffered an injury.

“We are looking forward to getting back out there with ZZ Top and are grateful that Dusty is on his way to a complete recovery,” Beck said.

Beck also says he will release a new studio album in 2015. Until then, you can always enjoy his Live in Tokyo DVD, which was just released this past November 24. Below is a clip from the DVD showing Beck and his band playing “Big Block.”

Tickets for Beck’s tour dates go on sale December 5. The Beck/ZZ Top dates are TBA.
