Goldfinger: Prince sells guitar to Formula One Champ

The usually media-shy Prince made a rare talk show appearance on TBS’ Lopez Tonight yesterday. During his interview with Lopez, Prince revealed that he recently sold a gold Fender Stratocaster to British Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton for $100,000, with the proceeds of the sale going to charity. The guitarist had the guitar on hand during the interview, and you can see it here.

    What a boring interview. I love Prince and his music and I recognize that he is a great talent. But Damn…he is a boring interview. And George Lopez is annoying.
